CBT for improved sleep after a concussion
Insomnia is a common side effect of concussions. Dr. Tomfohr-Madsen spoke to a larger project she contributed to, with Dr. Brian Brooks, in testing the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to improve sleep for concussed teens as well and improve post-concussion recovery.
