Interventions for sleep problems during pregnancy: a systematic review

A recently published study provided a systematic review of the effectiveness of various interventions for sleep problems during pregnancy. Studies using CBT-I, pharmacotherapy, relaxation, and alternative interventions were examined, including the open-pilot Sleeping for Two study. You can find the full article here!

Neighborhood Socio-Economic Factors and Associations with Infant Sleep Health

Honours Awards

Congratulations to our students, Queenie Li and Makayla Freeman, for recently graduating from the bachelor psychology degrees with honours! Both students also received an award for Outstanding Achievement in a 400 or 500-Level Course and the award for Academic Achievement Award B.A./B.Sc. Honours Degree (maintained a 3.90 GPA or greater over their Psychology courses). Phenomenal job!
